Terms and Conditions

In short…

Okay, to stay in line with our vision of getting to the ”good stuff” without a lot of work, we’ve summed up the ”Terms and Conditions” down below for you to get a hang of our most important restrictions. This however does not replace the rest of the document, including all the legal stuff, but it certainly is quicker to read if you’re not into that kind of stuff.
If you got any questions or feel like something is hard to understand; Feel free to contact us in any way, and we’ll try our best to explain it better. Here is the ”Summan av kardemumman” (as you would say in Swedish) for some of the paragraphs below:

You have to be 18 years or older to use our service.
By using our Service, you agree to all of the cool stuff (and not so cool stuff) written below.
If you choose to use our service, your content is yours. You both own it and are responsible for what is in it. Our part is making sure you can do your part as smooth as possible – hence: We take no responsibility of the content you put in our database.
However! If we find out that you are doing some ”shady business”. We give us the right to delete and/or block content and user(s) from the system.
And yeah, we store stuff about you. You know, cookies for making the Service better and better, Contact information to send you stuff and so on. Pretty standard. Take a dive in our Privacy Policy for some more depth.
Regarding Terms and Conditions, our service, pricing and/or the features inside our awesome tool: All, some or none of them may or may not be updated from time to time. And as soon as they are: The new rules apply. If you have an account and don’t like the changes we made, you can cancel any subscription at any time and not get charged furthermore. And if you wish, you can also terminate your account at any time.
One more important notice: You’re using our service ”at your own risk”. That means we are not liable for any damage caused by technical errors, bugs, server downtime or similar issues. Our goal is to simplify the life of every event crew. But we strongly recommend to have some sort of offline, analogue or equivalent backup in case of system failure.
_______________

That’s it! Pretty straightforward right? Things should be fine, but better safe than sorry.
May the force be with you, young padawan.

4.10 When starting or renewing any Subscription, the customer chooses if it should be renewed monthly or annually. The customer himself is responsible for canceling his current subscription before the current contract period expires if renewal is not desired. Termination of the subscription can be done at any time during the ongoing subcription period. If termination takes place, the current period will continue to run until its end.
