If you already have a payment plan and want to discontinue, head over to your account page and click the ”Manage subscriptions” button on the right hand side of the screen. This will take you to the Customer Portal page where you can find all things payment related.

At the top customer portal page there is a field labeled Current plan. Click the ”Cancel plan” button.

If you’re sure you want to cancel your plan, click the ”Cancel plan” button on the next page and you’re all done.

Your current plan will be active until the end of the current billing period. During this time you will still have full access to your paid plan.
